I think 30 to 40 minutes are enough for any workout. I do exercise for 30 minutes only. It depends on you that how much you want to gain or lose.

Hey guys,
In my opinion 25 to 40 minutes are enough for the workout, if you properly do the exercises. It also depend on your body condition, how quickly you get the fitness and stamina. I spend 45 minutes for the work out.

I usually do workout for 30 to 45 minutes which i think are enough for this purpose . Please share that how much time you spend for workout .

Everyone has different workout plan and spend time according to their plans.I am trying to lose some weight and also getting muscles into shape.So I spend 1.30-2 hours daily.

I am not in the favor of spending hours in the gym and then including rest day in workout routine. Its better to be more regular although with less daily workout duration. 1 hour daily in the gym is enough and 40 minutes for cardio are enough for daily routine.

I think 40 to 60 minutes are enough for any workout, I do exercise for 30 minutes only, It depends on you that how much you want to gain or lose....

Well according to me 1 hour is enough for workout. I also spend my 1 hour for doing exercise daily. Exercise is important for health and fitness so we should spend maximum time on doing exercise.
