I want to take the suggestions of the number of the people that what is the proper and minimum age of the young child to join the join the gym? prove your answer with illustration.

Hi Guys.....
Although there is no age limit for joining gym but In my view there should be minimum of 18 years age to start Gym . What is your opinion ? .

I am new here but i want to say something.Presently i am working for senior citizen exercise.It is verymuch important to keep their body fit.If someone know about ti please let me know and discuss with me.

I think there is no limit. If you are in good shape you can join gym, and even if you are not, you can join gym any time.

Well there is a limit. If you are suffering from bloodpressure or asthma , then you should consult your trainer before joining in.
