Hi I have a 10 year old son who cannot wait to use my nautilus smith machine could you advise me to what type of exersizes I could let him use or recomend a routine many thanks LDJ.

I'm sorry for the long wait on the reply, I don't check this area as often as I should.
You can let your son use the machine just keep the weights moderate, don't let him try to see how much he can lift.

It is really important to note that the use of the different workout is good to maintain the health but we should not recommend these workout for the little kids specially to those who are under the age of the 15 year.

training is important to kids, but not that way adults train. under 15 no kid should train like an adult!
