Got to say thanks for this site. I've been lifting for about 16 years and I was trying everything I thought of to change it up. I've never considered trying the advance workout until I actually seen what your site has to offer.
I have to say that the workouts you listed are pretty interesting. You site overall is pretty good, regarding links to information. Great job.
I'm going to start off with the intermediate this week before hitting the advance. Expect before after pics. My only regret is that I am unable to train at your gym. But with your web site, information and workouts it's the next best thing.
