Running is the best exercises because it helps you burn the calories. Just in 30 minutes a person can easily burn 300 calories. Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes.

I do agree with you people that Running is that sort of exercise which not only burn more calories but also also reduce weight of the people who really needs it . Moreover, Running also makes you fit and active . It burns more and more calories as compare with other sort of exercises .
