Hey.. Guys i just wanna ask one thing how much time do you spend on working out .. and which exercises you mostly do..?? Usually i spend 40 min in exercising... what about you..??

I Spend 30-45 minutes on exercise as it fits my busy schedule as well as keeps me healthy.
