It depends on the workout for the light day. Sometimes I dislike those more than the down side of the heavy pyramid.

hi guys,,, I suggest a better name for the pool.What is your LEAST favorite day of workout.In my view the "Pull overs". Way weaker than flyes and has never felt right on my shoulders. Keep reading up on form and have people watch me but I hate this exercise. I actually enjoy all other lifts.

Hi,,, It depends a lot on what you trying to achieve.Dalton I agree with your suggestion for the name... Light Days,In my view the consistency is the core for the work outs.

My favorite Work out is cardio.I Love to swim.A set of cardio exercises can make the best work out for every type of Goal...
