According to me best time for doing exercise is morning. Many people like to do exercise in evening. Evening time is also good but in morning our stomach is empty so this is good time for workout. What you say about it.

Best time for exercise i think is the morning time because in morning the air and atmosphere is so fresh and the stomach is empty which is really good for both the persons who wants to loose weight or gain muscles.

I disagree that the morning time is the best time no no no,time whatsoever be meat in the daily routine life can easily be avail for the exercise because it depends upon the internal determination to keep the body physical fit and strong by taking the exercise.

I am also in the favor of doing exercise in the morning time. Doing exercise with an empty stomach is more effective and productive and shows quick results. But for gym workouts evening time is better.

Well this is good information that yo9u shared my friends i just want to say you here that we shoud exercise to our eyes because this is the most important and sensitive part of our body so we need good care for our eye or we can also use careprost eye drops for get realx to our eyes !!

Well i would like to say you about the best time for exercise for our eyes is at the end of the day when we return to home from work. We should give rest to our eyes because our body's main and sensitive part is our eyes so that's why we should give rest to our eyes and avoid all junk eye drops we should only use a good quality eye drops from www.genericlatisse.us.com or more different websites for details about our eyes care !!
