Cardio workouts are really very effective for maintaining your fitness level and to get quick weight loss results.My favorite cardio workouts are Running,yoga,Jumping jacks,Bicycle crunches and Swimming.

I like running.It is so simple but useful exercise.Running is not an art,everyone can do it. Whole body involve in this practice,which is useful to burn fats.It improves breathing and increases stamina of body.It protects body from different diseases.It increases heart functions and control level of cholesterol.
