When you go to the gym, you need to shift the weight intensely to shift weight quicker and this means a lot of cardio. Try and mix it up so do twenty minutes on jogger, then the bike and then the cross trainer. This way you will get one hour of good cardio exercise and this will help you to reduce weight.
