Salt is very essential part of our human body but as u know excess of everything is bad and excess of salt is really dangerous because doctor suggest not to use salt more than 5 grams.......

Well I think that salt is very important to keep balance iodine level in body . Moreover, After doing exercise salt quantity is lowered on body . So to complete this quantity we need salt to maintain ourselves fit and energetic . What is your opinion on this point ? .
