I'm planning to start doing morning cardio, and i'm wondering if it is good or bad. should i take protein before?

No doubt that morning cardio is best for health and fitness. It provides freshness to our mind. I do cardio daily in the morning and evening.

Running Walking Jogging Dancing Swimming Skating Aerobics I can not skate and swim. So I have to do walking, jogging and dancing. no wait.. I can dance either.. Please let me know other ways.

Morning cardio is the best option because it will keep you fit and healthy and you'll feel fresh all the day. The best cardio exercises are: Running, Jogging, Rope Jumping, Aerobics and Cycling.

My cardio routine is regular in the morning , After warming up, I do jogging for 10 minutes, Running for 5 minutes, 15 minutes for squats, stretching and bending and other routine exercises. This routine is working fine for me.

While you may burn more fat during your workout on an empty stomach, your overall workout intensity may decline. Your body's ability to burn fat post-exercise is compromised. Consider the whole 24 hour period and cardio on an empty stomach is less effective
