Well can someone recommend any running exercises to reduce the fat off my belly? I'm not really overweight, but the belly fat is really bothering me.. So any idea

Hi to reduce the fat from your belly you have to excercise the type by which your fat can easily removve is runnig daily because when you run you will burn a lot of fat from your body and by routine your belly fat will automaticaly remove ..but during this you have to manage your diet... urgent care brooklyn ny

You can't target specific body fat areas like your belly. You have to lose body fat all over. Eat less and exercise more. best anti aging night cream
