Well I also can't believe this statement that seven minute workout is sufficient for any exercise activity.. "Cedric" I agree with you because aerobic workout is best for fitness and really useful..

Right, I think it wouldn't be enough. We are advised to do an exercise at least 30 minutes to an hour a day. However I do it in the late afternoon. Does it matter? -Rosetta

There are many 7 minutes workout which you can easily do.But it depends on that what for you have to do it.If you want to burn out your calerories to burn your fat then i think that ruinning is the best way by running daily 7 minutes you can easily imporovew your health..but if you want to just make your healthy body then yoga is the best urgent care brooklyn
